This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect from connected accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube), how we use it, how we store it securely, when we delete it, and how you can control your data.

By using our Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the relevant platform terms for the social networks you connect.

1. Definitions

  • “You” – Any influencer or user who uses our Service.
  • “Connected Account” – A social media account you link to our platform (Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube).
  • “Account Data” – Information provided by you or retrieved via APIs after you authorize access.
  • “API Data” – Information retrieved through the official APIs of the platforms you connect to our Service.
  • “Access Token” – A secure credential provided by each platform that allows our Service to retrieve your authorized data.

2. Information We Collect

When you log in and connect a social media account, we may collect the following categories of information, depending on the platform and the permissions you grant:

2.1 Facebook & Instagram (via Meta APIs)

  • Page or profile ID and name
  • Profile or Page picture
  • Follower count and engagement metrics
  • Public posts, captions, comments, likes, and reactions
  • Insights and analytics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, etc.)

2.2 YouTube (via YouTube Data API v3)

  • Channel ID and name
  • Channel profile picture and subscriber count
  • Video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and statistics (views, likes, comments, engagement rate)
  • YouTube Analytics data (audience demographics, watch time, traffic sources)
  • We do not collect personal login credentials. All authentication is done securely via OAuth provided by the respective platforms.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

  • Display your connected account information on your influencer profile within our platform
  • Provide analytics, performance metrics, and campaign opportunities
  • Match you with relevant brands and campaigns
  • Monitor engagement and performance trends

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Our application provides a direct in-app option for users/influencers to disconnect their linked social media accounts at any time. Upon disconnection, all associated data - including access tokens, profile information, posts, insights, and analytics - are immediately and permanently deleted from our systems.

This deletion process is automated and irreversible. We do not store, cache, or archive any API-sourced personal data after account disconnection.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Request corrections to inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data

    • Revoke API access at any time from within the connected platform’s settings (Facebook, Instagram or YouTube)

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed at individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.

9. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Changes to This Policy

Data is deleted when you disconnect your account or request deletion.
